Z-Zone provides comprehensive, end-to-end support to help pharmaceutical manufacturers optimize inspection efficiency, product safety, and operational continuity.
With in-house R&D capabilities, Z-Zone develops tailored pharmaceutical inspection systems based on specific customer requirements. Our medical testing and inspection equipment has been exported to over 16 countries including Russia and Brazil, demonstrating our ability to serve diverse global production environments.
Z-Zone systems are engineered to accommodate a wide range of pharmaceutical containers, with options configured according to bottle material, neck diameter, and body height. Each inspection machine features a gentle and stable transfer system that minimizes breakage risk during inspection. The mechanical handling structure ensures complete, non-blind spot inspection, while integrated vision technology, enhanced by advanced deep learning algorithms, effectively detects micron-level foreign matter such as particulates, fibers, and flakes inside various bottle formats, as well as identifying appearance defects.
We carefully consider both production scale and space constraints:- For small-scale manufacturers, we offer compact, easy-to-operate inspection units that occupy minimal floor space while efficiently handling small-batch inspection tasks.
- For high-volume producers, we deliver fully automated, high-speed inspection systems capable of inspecting several hundred units per minute. These systems can be integrated into production lines and are equipped with intelligent monitoring to record and track inspection data in real time.
From initial consultation and solution design to equipment manufacturing, on-site commissioning, and long-term service, our technical teams stay closely involved throughout the entire project, ensuring that every pharmaceutical solution we provide is precisely aligned with customer goals for quality and safety.
Experienced commissioning engineers are dispatched to oversee on-site Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), installation, and tuning. Operational and maintenance training is also provided directly at the customer’s facility.
We maintain a dedicated technical service department, R&D unit, and overseas support division to deliver ongoing assistance. Our responsive technical teams are available to address issues during equipment operation, while after-sales staff conduct regular follow-ups to assess equipment performance and provide optimization recommendations.
